We are writing to ask for your support as we call for JUSTICE for TYPHOON YOLANDA (Haiyan) VICTIMS. This year’s commemoration of the International Women’s Day will take on Philippine President NoyNoy Aquino’s criminal negligence of the Filipino women especially those in Eastern Visayas, the most devastated region during the typhoon.

We, representatives of people’s organizations, social movements and
political forces come together in the People’s Global Camp (PGC) in
Denpasar, Bali on December 3-6, 2013 to collectively expose, resist
and call to junk the renewed neoliberal offensives of the World Trade
Organization.

RURAL women call for the removal of agriculture from the World Trade Organization (WTO) on the second day of the People’s Global Camp (PGC) at the workshop organized by the International Women’s Alliance (IWA) and SERUNI an Indonesian Women’s Organization.

BALI, Indonesia – The International Women’s Alliance (IWA) a global alliance of grassroots women’s organizations and networks today joined the march organized by the Indonesian People’s Alliance (IPA) to open the People’s Global Camp, in time for the 9th Ministerial Conference of the WTO.

We, the participants of the 3rd Peoples Forum of Peace for Life gathered at the April 3rd Peace Park on Jeju Island in the Republic of Korea from 23rd to 27th of October 2013. We held a women-led solidarity mission to Jeju and Gangjeong Village, sharing common experiences of the threats to life in our respective societies and throughout the world.
